If you’re regularly not hitting your sales target, if you didn’t make better (better for you and your clients), more profitable sales last year compared to 2018 and if you didn’t make more money in 2019 than you did in previous years, the main reason will almost certainly be YOU.

Selling is a skill and if you’re not refining, updating and refreshing your sales skills on a regular basis, 2020 will be yet another year when you fail to live up to your potential.
