INspect for REspect

Managing Director: your sales team will REspect what you INspect to which you will probably say “I already know that.” Big deal; it’s not what you know, it’s what you DO with what you know that will make a difference.

So what can you DO?

Do you know what members of your sales team say when asked the question at a networking meeting “What do you do?” No? Then check it out – INspect it.

Do you know exactly how they ask their clients for referrals? No? Then check it out. – INspect it.

Do you know what they say to a prospect before agreeing to send a proposal or quote? No? Then check it out – INspect it.

Y’see although you ‘know’ that your sales people will respect what you inspect, if you’re not already DOING that which I’ve suggested, YOU are letting your sales team down. It’s not what you know, it’s what you DO with what you know that makes the difference in sales.
